The purpose of my blog is to be someone who those in similar circumstances can relate, maybe even pick up some new coping strategies, but most of all never feel alone. Whether you just want to read, or you want to contact me and have a shoulder to cry on, I’m just looking to give the support the mental health system fails to provide.
